TESSELLATION

This is a ploygons. There are no gaps in the this because they are all shared connced together for exmple :

A pattern made of identical shapes: • the shapes must fit together without any gaps • the shapes should not overlap Example: This tessellation is made with squares and octagons.

Definition. A tessellation is created when a shape is repeated over and over again covering a plane without any gaps or overlaps. Another word for atessellation is a tiling. Another word for a tessellation is a tiling.

Regular polygon are a equal sides.	Irregular polygon are un even sides.
