Being their for each others and helping people that you care for

Being their for each others and helping people that you care for.

Their were a bunch of boys called David, Ben and Musharraf. They got bored of
playing in the play ground, so Ben had an idea. “He said to his friends, if we can go to the park together”. So we ran as fast as a cheater to the park to play heaps of the amazing games like playing rugby or climing on a cool ladder going up and down “Ben said lets start with rugby and then climing the going ladder up and down”. “We said ok replied” Matatia and David. We played rugby and it was Ben vs David and Matatia was the referee because he was to beautiful to get tackle from those dirty boys but their my friends. After that Ben got a try and David was crying because he wanted to get a try but he diden’t so he went for alone time by himself Matatia went up to him to see if his alright but “Ben said to leave him I will talk to him by myself”. Ben went up to him if he wanted something to eat and David said yeap sure lets have fish n chips and Ben said ok he called Matatia to come and have a feed with us but Matatia its ok I’m going home to have dinner with my family and Ben said ok take care of your self and Matatia said the same thing to Ben and David.

When Ben and David got to the fish n chips they heard a gun shot at pack in save they quickly duck under the table and quickly ran to the door and the guy with the gun accident shot David and the guy with gun went up to him and he put his hoddie down and its was Matatia.

Matariki celebration

MATARIKI CELEBRATION

Kia ora my name is matatia and this is my friend Musharraf. me and my buddy were working on our Kites. We did a video how to measure the toetoe so we can cut it in 3 parts. After we cut it we went to get the wool there were colours like red, White, Purple and Black. Me and my buddy were tieing the wool on our kite. And the colours we chose were black, white and red. after we finish we had to do it in the sides so it would be more better tie it up really hard. So we told Miss Hills that we were finished and she gave us a black paper so we can do our art on it. So me and my buddy were thinking of drawing a koru for matariki. After finish drawing we had to colour it in. we were finished and then we had to use a glue gun to glue it to our kite. We said to our teacher that we were finished so we took a photo.

The easy part was that I did my best to do this. And the hard bit was that I had to tie it was really had to do so people helped me like my teacher and Kapree. My goal was to try to work with my buddy and to help people that are stack. Matariki is a special Celebration for the seven stars. In New Zealand we use Whanaungatanga and Manaakitanga to share ideas and  to talk to people help people and to take care of people. We do this so we can protect people from evil. This photo was made from our school Rangikura. Our whole school were working on Matariki. We made Kites because it’s like the Kites are the seven stars in the skys.

NZ opera T1

Jaxs Fish ‘n’ chips

Purpose: Thank You Note

Dear Jax

Thank you for coming to Rangikura School to share your opera show.

My favourite part was when the Salesman and Nemo did the handshake.  I really liked it when Nemo was singing it made me so happy.  The singers were so loud and lovely i thought of being free.

I really love the show because it was really funny and loud and I want to watch it again.

You sincerely

Matatia
